This work by Natalia Shtal is a unique blend of collage art and drawing. Using brown paper, the artist has crafted expressive faces that seem to emerge from the plane of the image. The emphasis on the texture of the paper enhances the sense of dimensionality and depth. Black strokes and patches add drama, emphasizing the emotional tension between the figures. This piece evokes a sense of intimacy, as if witnessing a private moment conveyed through minimalist yet rich details. Shtal's technique is incredibly creative, demonstrating how simple materials can be transformed into complex artistic forms.
